When will my order arrive?

• For all packages, start counting two business days after you place the order
• For example, a Priority Mail package ordered on Monday would ship Tuesday, and probably be delivered 2 or 3 days later on Thursday or Friday.
  

• Weather, and other unforseen factors can add additional time.
• Sometimes delivery will actually be faster than the estimate.  Surprise!

• High value packages and FedEx Express packages will require a signature for delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the package, a delay will result.
  
• Even for packages that do not require a signature, sometimes the delivery carrier will only leave a delivery notice instead of the package if no one is available to receive it.  This is up to the carrier, since they are responsible for the package, and we don't have any control over their judgement.
• If possible, it is much better to arrange for these packages to be shipped to a regular business address where it can be received during normal business hours.
  

• Will be delivered only Monday thru Friday, unless special optional services have been arranged with us ahead of time.
• Packages to residential addresses  might not not arrive until 7:30  pm of the scheduled day.

• Only FedEx 2nd Day or Next Day service guarantees delivery on schedule.  If they do not make a delivery attempt by the scheduled day, the cost of shipping will be refunded and of course we will refund your entire purchase if the package is refused and sent back to us.
• If you absolutely positively need to receive a package by a specific date, please contact us by phone or e-mail to make certain we can meet that date.
