Where's My Stuff?
   We always email an order confirmation when your order is placed, and email a ship notice when your order goes out, BUT -

• Notices sometimes get filtered out by your email service - check your spam folder
• We are happy to re-send lost notices to the original or a different email address
• If there was a typo in the email address you used placing your order, your notices will be lost in the 'cloud'
• If there was a processing problem with your credit card or ship address, we will let you know by email so you can fix it. That only works if you got our email message
• SO - please send us an email so we know we have a working email address to contact you about any of these problems

Privacy Policy:

• We do not acquire any customer information for any purpose beyond filling your order.
• We do not use or maintain mailing lists of any kind.
• We will not share your information with anyone, except when required by your credit card provider.
• Our web order transactions have been validated to be in compliance with industry standards.
• We do not maintain an electronic customer database. This means that after processing, the address and card information you entered on-line is deleted from our web server.
  
• Only paper records of your order are retained in our company files, and these are shredded and destroyed 12 months after shipping.
  

Cookies:

• Our web site uses only temporary cookies, which are generated only for the purpose of keeping track of items added to your shopping cart.
• These cookies will be deleted automatically by your web browser when you close it, or turn off your computer.
